What can Duvero help me explore?
Duvero helps families understand and explore private autism assessments, ADHD assessments, combined autism and ADHD assessments, educational psychology, speech and language therapy, occupational therapy, dyslexia assessments and EHCP-related professional support.
Do I need to know exactly what support I need?
No. You can explain what concerns or circumstances have led you to seek support. Duvero may contact you to clarify important details and help you understand potentially relevant private options.
Who can submit an enquiry?
A parent or carer can submit an enquiry about private SEND assessment or specialist support for a child or young person. The information provided should be accurate and shared by someone authorised to make the enquiry.
Does Duvero provide NHS services?
No. Duvero currently helps families understand and explore independent private SEND professionals and assessment providers. Duvero does not replace NHS, local authority, school or emergency services.
Is Duvero available across England?
Duvero helps families explore private SEND support across England. Available options may differ depending on location, appointment format, professional availability and the type of support required.
Submitting an enquiry and what happens next
These answers explain what information Duvero asks for, how your enquiry is reviewed and what happens before any introduction is made.
What information will I need to provide?
Duvero asks for basic contact information, who requires support, the type of support being considered, age range, general location, preferred appointment format and any relevant circumstances that may help us understand the enquiry.
What happens after I submit an enquiry?
Duvero reviews the information provided and may contact you to clarify important details. We then help you understand potentially relevant independent options based on the information available.
How quickly will Duvero respond?
Duvero aims to respond within 10 working days. Complex enquiries or requests requiring further clarification may take longer, but we will contact you if additional information is needed.
Will my information be shared immediately?
No. Duvero does not share your identifiable information with a professional or provider simply because you submitted an enquiry. Your details are shared only after you agree to a specific introduction.
Am I required to proceed with an introduction?
No. You remain in control throughout the process. You can decide whether to explore a proposed option, request an introduction or take no further action.
Introductions and independent providers
These answers explain Duvero’s role in presenting potential options and the responsibilities that remain with families and independent professionals or providers.
Does Duvero recommend or clinically approve professionals?
No. Duvero may help families identify independent professionals or providers whose stated services appear relevant to the information provided, but Duvero does not clinically endorse, approve or guarantee them.
Who decides whether a professional or provider is suitable?
The family and the independent professional or provider are responsible for discussing suitability, availability, fees, terms and next steps. Families remain free to decide whether they wish to proceed.
Who provides the assessment or specialist support?
Any assessment or specialist support is provided directly by the independent professional or provider. They remain responsible for their qualifications, professional decisions, safeguarding duties, contractual terms and service delivery.
What happens if a provider is unavailable or cannot accept the enquiry?
Duvero may help the family consider other potentially relevant options where available. Duvero cannot guarantee that a suitable professional or provider will be available within a particular location or timescale.
Can Duvero guarantee an assessment result or outcome?
No. Duvero cannot guarantee diagnoses, assessment findings, reports, recommendations, availability or any other clinical, educational or service outcome.
